Why Saying You’re “Getting There” is Hurting You (and what to do instead)

If you experience anxiety, you likely say things like:

“My anxiety”

“I have anxiety”

“I’m trying to work through it”

“The anxiety controls me”

“I can’t help it”

While it may feel that way (and trust me, I know that it does), saying those things is keeping you a victim mindset, and you won’t be able to take control of the fear (and then use it to your advantage), if you keep that going.

Leave a comment and let me know one small way you think you can implement this.
