3 Quick Actionable Tips to Stop Doubting Yourself and Start Taking Action

It’s so frustrating, right? You have all of this energy, all of this passion, and you feel — STUCK. Again. You have lots of ideas that seem amazing at first, and you cannot wait to jump on them! Then you feel that familiar fizzle. Or fear pays you a lovely visit and you let her stay a tad bit too long.

And then nothing happens. No action. No progress.

In fact, you start to feel like you’re regressing. Because the agony of not expressing your passion is quite literally killing you. It feels like death. Yeah, it does feel that dramatic.

I feel your pain, Sister, and I know the way out.

Here are the three tips you need to stop doubting yourself and start taking the action you need to take to make moves.

1 Make a list of all the action you’ve taken in the past that has created something amazing — even if that creation didn’t last, or didn’t come to full fruition. It could be in business, it could be a relationship, it could be a hobby. Anything and everything. Name the action taken and what was created.

It doesn’t matter if the outcome wasn’t exactly as you envisioned, Lovely. The fact that you took action and created *something* is HUGE, because most people never take real action. Seriously.

Read this list daily. You’ll not only start to see that you ARE an action taker, and you CAN trust yourself, but you’ll also start to get new ideas and connections about what action you can take where you feel stuck.

2 Write in your journal daily: I always know the right action to take.

This is powerful. It gets into your subconscious that you do in fact always know what to do — you truly do — and you’ll start to allow the knowing to come through faster and faster.

If you have a moment where you still feel stuck, ask yourself: “But if I didn’t feel stuck, what would I do?” or “If I DID know what to do, what action would I take?”

That moves the needle – fast.

3 Tune into, heighten, strengthen, and USE your intuition.

This is the most important tip, my friend.

Your intuition is literally God / The Universe speaking to you. It’s what guides you to what you truly desire. Meditating and journaling daily are key tools to help you tap in. Knowing how to tune into your unique intuition, how to heighten your sense of it, how to strengthen that intuitive muscle, and how to then USE it as a guide, will move you light years ahead. Your intuition is always speaking to you, your ears just get distracted.

I personally use these tools, and they’ve allowed me to take massive, inspired (intuition-based!) action and create massive growth in my life. And once you start using them — especially heeding the call of your intuitive sense, you’ll see massive moves, too.
