If You’re Not Changing It, You’re Choosing It (and what to do differently)

One of the biggest (hidden) issues I see in ambitious, successful women who are struggling to shift a recurring pattern they really want to break is their ability to admit they may actually want the dysfunction.

Yes, you read that correctly.

In order to receive everything that they want 

and change what they’re currently experiencing 

humans also have to be willing to receive what (they think) they don’t want. 

🤭 Wait what?!

Those things that their judging, reasoning mind shouts are negative or a problem or a hindrance?

Yes.  They have to be willing to receive those, too.

(This is a nuanced practice, to be sure, and it’s important to have guidance when beginning.  Keep reading.)

If they block what they claim they don’t want 

they’re also blocking what they do want.

To get into the true flow of receiving (and to allow what they WANT that they perceive they’ve been blocking),

they must CHOOSE IT TO CHANGE IT.

Then watch their world transform.
